Groups on eGrow refers to customer segments and they are used for grouping your customers according to their need, age, gender.. And more.
To create new group, follow these steps:
- Click on New Group
- Give your new group a color and name
- Add in new customer to the new group
- Then, click on ADD NEW CUSTOMERS TO NEW GROUP
