In eCommerce, "commission" refers to a percentage or fee that a call center representative or a confirmation agent charges a business owner for each sale confirmed.
To set your commission, follow these steps:
- Click on the 3 DOT
- Click on COMMISSIONS
- Fill in the commission price or the percentage as you please.
